Baked potato


~ Mr. Baked Potato ~

Baked potatoes make a delicious n healthy snack.
Despite the popular misconception
that potatoes are fattening , baked ones can be used
as a part of healthy n low calorie diet!!!!
The best part is that these are quick n easy to
make . These cute looking yummy snacks
will surely satisfy even the pickiest of eaters ....


The Potato Voyage

Baked potatoes, tomato n cucumber slices,
sweet n sour mango sheets (aamras/ ampapad)
mayonnaise, grated cheese or radish n skewers .
( Cut the baked potato in half ,fill in some low
fat mayo . Top with tomato n cucumber slices ,
n skewered mango sheet. )



Gluten Free Burgers !!!


Baked potato, onion tomato carrot n cucumber
slices , curry leaves or lettuce , peas
mayonnaise n skewers

  5. Dear Anonymous I have used blue food color for the rice .
    Another popular method of dying food blue is by using the Butterfly pea (Clitoria ternatea )flowers . The flowers are added to the rice while cooking to impart the blue color.
